| Avant system: 100% renewable | |||||||
AVANT is the state of the art in Jolly-Mec technology and innovation for a system based 100% on renewable resources. The Avant System brings together the various energy sources also taking account that nowadays new constructions and renovations must make provision for the production of domestic hot water from alternative sources. It is composed of a heating fireplace that independently heats the entire dwelling and produces domestic hot water for all the family, operating only with totally renewable and ecological fuels: firewood and pellets. The plumbing system requires the heating fireplace or heating stove to be connected in parallel to the solar panels and to a storage heater, which accumulates the heat generated by the different sources of heat and re distributes it constantly even when the heating fireplace is out. The solar panels can produce on their own domestic hot water during the summertime, when the heating fireplace is not used. The heating fireplace or heating stove can be inserted in both traditional systems with radiators and low-temperature systems (floor, skirting, etc). An existing boiler can in any case be connected in parallel with the system. 1. Constant heat: The storage accumulator permits having constant heat and plenty of hot water throughout the year. 2. Long burn time: The Jolly-Mec combined systems can automatically pass from wood fuel to pellet fuel ensuring the desired heat at any time. The burn time for pellet operation is ensured by an abundant store of pellets located even in another room and connected to the heating fireplace or to the heating stove by means of a special system with a pneumatic or screw conveyor system. 3. Adaptable and programmable: The entire system is designed and sized according to the dwelling and needs of the family. Operation is governed by the electronic control unit provided, which includes a chronothermostat that can be programmed even on a weekly basis. |

Legend: 1. Water heating fireplace or stove 2. Solar panels: Highly selective solar collectors with forced circulation able to exploit the thermal energy from the sun to produce domestic hot water ensuring coverage of up to 70% of needs. 3. Storage accumulator: Storage accumulator made of carbon steel with 2 fixed heat exchangers to produce and store hot water for heating and domestic use. It is able to store heat from a number of heat sources and distribute it to the system even when the heating fireplace is out. 4.Auxiliary pellet hopper: To have a longer burn time, it is possible to install an auxiliary pellet hopper of the desired capacity, even in another room (up to 20 m away, h 6 m) with a pneumatic or screw conveyor. a.
