Three products in one stove
COMBINED Caldea is a combined continuous flame heating stove using two economical and renewable fuels: firewood and pellets. The switchover from wood to pellets is managed automatically by the sophisticated electronic control unit provided. Caldea is a true high-efficiency heating system that, independently, without having to be combined with other heat sources, heats an entire home of up to 300 m2 and generates domestic hot water for all the family.
Caldea wood/pellet comes in the versions: Base, Lusso, Caldaia. The Base and Lusso versions are available with a wide choice of claddings; the Caldaia model only comes with painted steel cladding.

• Supplied complete
Caldea is supplied complete with plumbing kit, control panel with electronic control unit, CaldoControl device, pellet burner with loading from below, 42 kg pellet hopper, terracotta oven, door with ceramic glass, ash pan, food-warmer.
• Different powers
In the pellet mode, heating power is managed through the electronic control unit provided from a min. power of 1 kW up to a max. 22,89 kW.
• Minimum of maintainance
Operation in the pellet mode pellets does not require daily cleaning: it is enough to remove ashes and check the burnpot every 8-15 days.
• Pellet hopper
42 kg with a sensor warning when the pellets are about to end.
• Plate cover
Caldea Lusso comes with an elegant plate cover, to hide the cast-iron hotplate when needed.

• Oven
Caldea Lusso comes with an elegant plate cover, to hide the cast-iron hotplate when needed.Caldea is also equipped with a hand-worked terracotta oven, which also works electrically when the stove is off (except the Caldea Caldaia model).
• Combustion chamber
Heat exchanger in special steel with shaped double wall, treated internally, insulated with rock wool. Sturdy, designed to last and for fully exploiting the heat, obtaining high efficiencies.
• Plumbing kit
With or without domestic hot water production, with closed vessel and two cooling exchangers (compulsory according to law) that ensure operation even in case of power failure.
The kit is assembled and tested, complete with safety valves, heating pump, diverter valve, plate-type exchanger to produce domestic hot water, expansion tank (closed), filling unit, anticondensation and valves.
• Electronic radio control unit
Multilingual, with chronothermostat, it manages up to 50 weekly settings, automatic switchover from wood to pellets, integration with any other heat sources, pneumatic transfer of the pellets from the auxiliary hopper when applicable.

Caractéristiques techniques

Onduling System The patented design of the inner surface triples exposure to the fire and therefore increases efficiency.

CaldoControl This is a patented combustion adjustment and control device created to optimise wood consumption in order to burn only the amount needed to reach the required temperature and avoid pointlessly consuming fuel.

Control Unit Each product is equipped with a specifically designed electronic control unit that allows optimally managing the heat produced by the air or water heating fireplace or stove.

Plumbing kit The Jolly-Mec water heating fireplaces and stoves are supplied complete with a plumbing kit, with or without domestic hot water production, with a closed or open tank. The kit is complete, pre-assembled and tested, so as to reduce the plumbing work to a minimum and avoid any mistakes and additional costs.

Primary air Combustion air pipe that can be connected directly with the outside to ensure correct combustion of the wood and not alter the exchange of oxygen in the room. Ideal for homes with a low energy consumption.

Auxiliary pellet hopper Hoppers of different sizes, even located in different rooms to that where the fireplace is installed, ensure any burn time with pneumatic or screw conveyor feeding performed automatically. (up to 20 m away, h 6 m)
