Heat, cook, save
Caldea is a complete heating system which combines the advantages of fireplaces, boilers and stoves and, thanks to its high efficiency (84,70%) is able to heat in autonomy fuelled only by wood, a whole house from 60 to 300 m2, even on several floors, by means of radiator, floor heating or other, and produce domestic hot water for the whole family.

It can also be combined with other heating sources (gas-boiler, solar panels, hot water storage devices).

Caldea can also be combined with a supplementary boiler, managed by a chronothermostat or a room thermostat, so to keep the house warm even when wood dies out and maintain the desired temperature at any time of the day.

Supplied complete
Caldea is supplied complete with plumbing kit with closed vessel already assembled and tested, 2 cooling exchangers (compulsory according to law, that ensure operation even in case of a power failure), control panel with electronic control unit and various devices, CaldoControl device (to regulate wood combustion according to the temperature), terracotta oven, door with ceramic glass, ash pan, food-warmer
Plate Cover
The Lusso model is equipped with an elegant plate cover, to hide the castiron plate when needed.
Oven
Oven in hand-worked terracotta, that also works electrically when the stove is off (except the Caldea Caldaia model).
Combustion Chamber
Heat exchanger in special steel with shaped double wall, internally treated, insulated with rock wool. Sturdy, designed to last in time and to fully exploit the heat, thus obtaining high efficiencies.

Plumbing Kit
The kit is assembled and tested, complete with safety valves, heat- ing pump, platetype exchanger to produce domestic hot water, expansion tank (closed), filling unit, anticondensation and security valves.

Caractéristiques techniques

Onduling System The patented design of the inner surface triples exposure to the fire and therefore increases efficiency.

CaldoControl This is a patented combustion adjustment and control device created to optimise wood consumption in order to burn only the amount needed to reach the required temperature and avoid pointlessly consuming fuel.

Plumbing kit The Jolly-Mec water heating fireplaces and stoves are supplied complete with a plumbing kit, with or without domestic hot water production, with a closed or open tank. The kit is complete, pre-assembled and tested, so as to reduce the plumbing work to a minimum and avoid any mistakes and additional costs.

Primary air Combustion air pipe that can be connected directly with the outside to ensure correct combustion of the wood and not alter the exchange of oxygen in the room. Ideal for homes with a low energy consumption.
