The increasingly discerning and demanding nature of final customers, the need to comply with ever more stringent legislation and above all the importance of ensuring the perfect installation and operation of our fireplaces and stoves, mean that our partners have to dedicate particular care to every phase of the sales cycle, from initial customer contact, through on-site inspection, to commissioning and after-sales service.
That’s why Jolly-Mec, in order to meet the requirements of end-users, has set up a new network of Technical Assistance Centres (TACs) in Italy and Europe, whose prime purpose is to support our network of dealers in the activities of:
