Christmas 2010
Dear Customer,
After the agreements we received for our initiative of 2009, on the occasion of the Holy Christmas 2010 too, Jolly Mec thought to devote the amount usually dedicated to Chritsmas Presents to a social-minded and useful scope.
This year, after the earthquake that devastated Haiti, we identified the “Belém Mission” – (Belém = Bethlehem).
According to the Red Cross, about three million out of some nine million people population are homeless or injured.
The uncertainty of the information is due to the fact that most of the people are living in extremely poor conditions.
The situation is extremely serious.
It is the first cholera epidemic in a century! The earthquake killed nearly 300.000 people and cholera threaten to keep killing.
The Town of Waf Jeremie, where the Mission is particularly present is a large pigsty and cholera expands.
Our aid aims at realising buildings where people could eat and wash theirselves.

unmarried and married people, clergymen, anointed people and laymen.
It consists in living the Belem Miracle for a second time:

Which was between Mary, Joseph and Jesus.
Into the poor cave in Belem:
Image of the divine family of the Trinity,
Embodied among the poor people.
Like the poor people.
For the poor people.
Till a complete and total
Identification with them all.
We continue then following that Charity Path started last year to help Children.
